Sherri’s therapy focus is with teens, adults, couples, and families from various backgrounds and beliefs.
To meet the individual needs of her clients, Sherri uses therapeutic approaches such as EMDR therapy, DBT, CBT, and Gottman Marriage Therapy. Sherri is passionate about facilitating the restoration of those who have experienced trauma, feel stuck, have relationship issues, or suffer from anxiety and depression. She believes that beauty is birthed in brokenness, and that people’s stories are an important part of their journey to wholeness.
