Jessica Waters is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA). Her experience working with children and youth has cultivated a desire to help individuals on a deeper level. She completed her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (2022) with Liberty University and has a BA in Ministry and Leadership (2014) from Life Pacific University. Her passions have kept her tethered to the next generation by working and volunteering in the areas of children, youth, and women’s ministry.
Jessica’s hope for her work as a counselor is to ensure others know they are not alone in any present or past suffering they have experienced. She has experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and women in the areas of anxiety, depression, family transitions, grief, behavioral issues, and attachment issues. Jessica values a healthy, trusting therapeutic relationship. She also works hard to create a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment where her clients feel safe as they process their emotions and life stories.
Jessica was born in New York and grew up in North Carolina. She has also lived in Virginia and Ohio. Jessica has been married to her husband Micah for seven years and they have one son.
